The working principle, structure, and application range of rotary pumps

Working principle: The rotary pump relies on two synchronously rotating rotors (with 2-4 teeth) to generate suction (vacuum degree) at the inlet during the rotation process, thereby sucking in the material to be transported. The two rotors separate the rotor chamber into several small spaces and operate in the order of a → b → c → d. When running to position a, only chamber I is filled with medium; When reaching position b, a portion of the medium is enclosed in room B; When reaching position C, the medium is also enclosed in room A; When reaching position d, Room A and Room B are connected to Room II, and the medium is transported to the discharge port. In this cycle, the medium (material) is continuously transported out.

Structure: Adopting integral assembly with coupling, the volume is reduced (the length can be reduced by 100-250mm), the floor area is reduced, the structure is compact, wrapped in stainless steel, mirror polished, the appearance is beautiful, the grade is high, and it avoids the peeling of the original paste and paint. Performance optimization: By using integral coupling assembly, the power consumption, noise, and wear of the elastic coupling are reduced, and the replacement improves work efficiency, achieving the highest efficiency, minimum internal sliding, and longer service life.

Application scope:

1. Food and beverage categories: dairy products, latex, chocolate, syrup, cheese, malt juice, beer, soda.

2. Fruit concentrate: pudding, jam, jelly, tomato sauce.

3. Paste products: fats and oils, etc.

4. Cosmetics: face cream, detergent, hair gel, perfume oil, etc.

5. Medications: ointments, emulsions, pill slurries, etc.

6. Chemical industry: dyes, fats, solvents, resins, and polymers.
