The reasons and solutions for the self priming pump not being filled with water

Summarize the reasons why the self suction pump does not water and provide solutions for you:

1. If there is no or insufficient liquid storage in the pump body of the self priming pump: add enough.

2. Leakage in suction pipeline: To eliminate the phenomenon of pipeline leakage, check within the allowable suction range. When the pump is started for 4-5 minutes and the water has not yet been sucked up, please use your ears to close to the suspected leaking area of the inlet pipeline and listen for the sound of suction, or apply white emulsion glue to the suspected leaking area for repair.

3. If the suction head is too high or the suction pipeline is too long: reduce the suction head or shorten the pipeline.

4. Incorrect installation of outlet pipeline with too many bends: There are too many N-shaped pipelines, and it is recommended to install an automatic exhaust valve at the highest point.

5. If the filter screen inside the pump body or inlet pipeline is blocked by debris or stones, check and clean the blockage.

6. Excessive mechanical seal leakage: repair or replace.

7. Impeller damage or wear: Replace with a new impeller.

8. The reflux hole of the self suction pump is blocked, causing the separation of steam and water to be impossible: check and clean it.

9. Reverse connection of three-phase motor wiring: Swap the two phases.

10. Low voltage: Adjust the voltage.
