The installation of self priming pumps, especially newly installed pumps, must be well isolated and not lazy, otherwise significant vibration and noise will occur during use. Self suction pumps generate significant noise during operation, which can damage equipment and cause noise pollution. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job of vibration isolation. How can self suction pumps achieve effective vibration isolation?
1, The isolation elements should be symmetrically arranged along the central axis of the self priming pump unit. The planar arrangement of rubber isolation pads can be arranged in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction.
2, When the isolation components of the unit use six support points, four of them should be arranged at the four corners of the inert block or steel frame, and the other two should be set on the long side line and adjusted in position to ensure that the compression deformation of the isolation components is as consistent as possible.
3, When installing rubber isolation pads or damping spring isolators for self priming pump units, in general, the rubber isolation pads and damping spring isolators do not need to be bonded or fixed to the ground, as well as to the inert blocks or steel frame.
4, When using rubber isolators for vibration isolation installation of unsealed self priming pump units, it is advisable to install a steel frame under the base of the pump unit and adopt an anchoring installation method; The steel frame and rubber isolator should be fixed with bolts. Install anchor bolts on the ground or floor, and the rubber isolator is fixed to the ground or floor through the anchor bolts.
5, The edge line of the rubber isolation pad shall not exceed the edge line of the inert block; The supporting area of the steel frame should not be less than the supporting area of the top of the isolation element.
6, When the frequency ratio cannot meet the requirements, a single-layer arrangement of rubber isolation pads can be adopted, but the number of isolation pad layers should not exceed five.
7, When the rubber isolation pads are installed in series with multiple layers, galvanized steel plates with a thickness of not less than 4mm should be used to separate each layer of isolation pads. The steel plates should be flat, and the isolation pads should be bonded to the steel plates with adhesive. The flat size of the galvanized steel plate should be 10mm larger than each end of the rubber isolation pad. The rubber isolation pads bonded to the upper and lower layers of galvanized steel plates should be staggered.
8, Before installing the stainless steel self suction pump during construction, it should be checked in a timely manner. During installation, the static compression deformation of the isolation element should not exceed the allowable value. Moreover, the vibration isolation components of the unit should avoid contact with substances such as acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
