Versatility and Adaptability

Diaphragm pumps use the reciprocating action of a flexible membrane (diaphragm) to move fluid in and out of the pumping chamber. These pumps require no seals.
Peristaltic pumps (also called hose pumps) use a roller device to move fluid through a tube or hose. Because the fluid is contained in the tube, it does not come in contact with the pump or outside environment.
Piston pumps move fluid using one or more reciprocating pistons inside a cylinder (chamber), normally driven through the use of a crankshaft and connecting rod.
Yringe pumps deliver small amounts of fluid through a syringe using a pusher block connected to a plunger. Flow is managed through a screw attached to the pusher block, typically operated by a corresponding controller.
Pump Head: This main component of the pump is comprised of check valves, outlet and inlet ports, and a piston or diaphragm. The design of the pump head differs across the many models of pumps.
Check Valves: The valves are used to control the fluid or chemical flow through the pump. Every pump has one or more inlet or suction check valve and one or more outlet or discharge valve.
Piston or Diaphragm: Chemical injection pumps are equipped with a piston or flexible diaphragm, which changes the volume cavity in the pump head and displaces the fluid being pumped.
Actuation: This mechanism causes the movement of the piston and diaphragm. Our collection features gear-reduced, motor-driven pumps, where a motor’s rotation is turned into a linear actuation, driving the actuation of chemical metering pumps.
