The adjustable diaphragm metering pump is a volume change pump in principle. It is a metering pump model that uses a motor to drive a flexible diaphragm back and forth through a worm gear, thereby changing the pump chamber volume to achieve continuous liquid discharge and suction. The diaphragm is used to isolate the liquid from the driving lubrication mechanism, and the diaphragm is a static seal without a dynamic seal. Its flow rate can be continuously adjusted within the range of 0-100% according to the needs of various process flows, quantitatively conveying corrosive and non corrosive liquids without solid particles. Compared to other driving methods of metering pumps, it has lower volumetric efficiency, lower outlet pressure (generally within 1.0 MPa), smaller flow range, lower metering accuracy than plunger metering pumps and hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps. When the pressure increases, the flow rate can change by up to -10%.
