The electromagnetic diaphragm metering pump is a diaphragm metering pump model driven by an electric motor through a turbine worm gear. It uses a flexible diaphragm instead of a piston, and under the driving mechanism, the diaphragm moves back and forth, changing the volume of the pump chamber. Under the action of the pump inlet and outlet valves, the liquid is sucked and discharged. Due to the ability to isolate the flowing liquid from the driving lubrication mechanism using a diaphragm, a high-tech structural design is adopted, and a new type of PTFE and rubber composite diaphragm is used, which has strong corrosion resistance and greatly improves the service life of the diaphragm. According to the needs of various process flows, the flow rate can be continuously adjusted within the range of 0-100%, quantitatively conveying corrosive and non corrosive liquids without solid particles. According to the delivery of different media, the electromagnetic diaphragm metering pump head can be equipped with stainless steel and plastic materials (PPH, PTFE, PVC, PVDF, RPP, SS304, 316, 316L).
