The medium flows in from the left side of the valve body and out from the right side after passing through the valve seat and valve core. The flow capacity can be increased by 20% to 25% compared to a single seat valve. When using an electric double seat regulating valve, the force exerted by the medium on the upper and lower valve cores can cancel each other out, resulting in small unbalanced force and large operating pressure difference. However, due to the difficulty of closing both the upper and lower valve cores tightly at the same time, there is a large amount of leakage when closing. However, due to its strong flow capacity, it is allowed to use a pressure difference ratio but with a larger regulating valve, making it suitable for situations with high leakage requirements and differential pressure.
