Electric submersible pump is a type of oil delivery equipment specifically designed for use in gas stations and other petroleum and petrochemical industries. It uses the principle of positive pressure push to change the delivery method of oil from negative pressure self suction oil supply to positive pressure push oil supply. This technology solves the problem of less or even no oil output in electric oil pumps that operate under negative pressure principles such as pipeline pumps, volumetric pumps, and vane pumps in high-temperature environments, high head, and long-distance conditions. One pump can drive multiple oil guns, which not only simplifies the pipeline, but also brings convenience to installation and maintenance. It has promoted the development of gas stations towards large-scale, high-efficiency, low-cost, and low failure, meeting the needs of modern environmental protection. Commonly used in various gas stations, oil depots, oil tanks and other occasions to transport gasoline and gasoline mixtures (0% -15% ethanol or methanol gasoline mixtures), diesel, aviation kerosene and other flammable and explosive dangerous oil products.

Compared with self priming oil pumps, submersible pumps do not have the problem of "suction head", and they have much less constraints on the length and diameter of pipelines, the number of elbows, the diameter and burial depth of oil tanks, the height of manholes, and the height from the oil outlet to the oil inlet at the bottom of the refueling machine. The transportation distance of oil products is greater than that of self priming oil pumps, and the phenomenon of air resistance is eliminated.
