Shipping Instructions for Submersible Pump

Shipping charges are extra and will be added to invoice. Delivery is for commercial location with standard business hours. Special services, lift gate delivery, re-delivery and re-routing are subject to trucking company fees and policy. Transit time does not include weekend or holidays. Consignee are responsible for trucking fees and delivery arrangement.

 

UPS next day and 2nd day shipping, order must be received by 2 pm (eastern standard time) for processing & shipping. If Saturday delivery is required, please contact us if service is available in your area. UPS charge extra fee for Saturday delivery, it’s not a standard service.

 

Please inspect merchandise upon delivery and report damage or shortage within 3 days by email. Any discrepancy or damages must be noted on freight bill and signed by driver at the time of delivery so trucking company will honor the claim.
