Vacuum assisted self-priming pump is a new type of high flow and high head self-priming pump produced by our company. The pump head adopts double channel design and the large flow rate can reach 3000m³/h. The vacuum auxiliary device is also installed on the basis of the large flow self-priming pump, so that it has a strong self-priming performance, the self-priming height can reach 9 meters, and the self-priming time is short, and the water time can be controlled within 30 seconds. The mechanical seal adopts the double seal structure and is installed in the special oil chamber with good wear resistance and can realize the operation of dry evacuation. It is equipped with an open impeller, and a drainage ring is added at the front of the impeller, so that it not only has no blocking and blowdown performance, but also has cutting ability. It is widely used in municipal drainage, water works, fire fighting, emergency rescue and other conditions requiring large flow and high suction.

Can transport sewage containing particulate impurities, has good non-blocking sewage performance, and has the ability to cut, if the medium contains long cloth strips, plastic bags and other long fiber media, can be chopped before entering the pump body to prevent the impeller caused by winding blockage.

The vacuum assisted self-priming pump allows the particle diameter to be 20% of the pump caliber and the fiber length to be 5 times the pump caliber. The height of vacuum assisted self-priming should be controlled below 9 meters, and the horizontal length of the inlet should not be higher than 20 meters. If the height of vacuum assisted self-priming is not controlled below 6 meters, the horizontal length of the inlet should not be higher than 10 meters. The proportion of the use of medium should be less than 1240kg/m³, the use of ambient temperature should be ≤50°C, the transmission of medium temperature requirements ≤80°C, such as the medium temperature is too high before ordering please indicate, can be customized high temperature 200°C. Ordinary cast iron material suitable for medium PH range of 6~9, can be customized stainless steel material, the use of PH range of 2~13.
