When the meshing is disengaged, a local vacuum is formed on the suction side (a), and the liquid is sucked in. The sucked liquid fills the various tooth valleys of the gear and is carried to the discharge side (b). When the gear enters meshing, the liquid is squeezed out, forming high-pressure liquid and discharged from the pump through the discharge port. Suitable for conveying temperatures not exceeding 70 ℃ and viscosity of 5 × 10-5-1.5 × 10-3m2/s of various non corrosive oils, such as heavy oil, diesel, and lubricating oil, free of solid particles and fibers. When used with copper gears, it can transport low point liquids such as gas oil and benzene. If high-temperature liquids need to be transported, please use a high-temperature resistant gear oil pump for single-stage single suction pumps, which can transport liquids below 300 ℃. Suitable for oil depots, docks, ships, factories, farms, mines and other working conditions.

The explosion-proof gear oil pump mainly consists of parts such as the pump body, gears, front and rear pump covers, safety valves, bearings, and sealing devices.

1. The pump body, front and rear covers, and other parts are made of gray cast iron. The gears are made of high-quality carbon steel, and can also be made of copper or stainless steel according to user needs.

2. Safety valve: The gear oil pump is equipped with a safety valve above the rear pump cover or pump body. When the pump or discharge pipeline malfunctions or the discharge valve is closed, causing high pressure and high-pressure impact, the safety valve will automatically open, removing some or all of the high-pressure liquid and returning to the suction chamber, thereby providing safety protection for the pump and pipeline.

3. Bearings: All use DU bearings; Tin bronze bearings can be used according to user requirements.

4. Shaft seal: The shaft end seal has three structures: skeleton oil seal, mechanical seal, and packing seal.

a. Skeleton oil seal: The characteristic of skeleton oil seal is easy maintenance and replacement, low cost, but short service life. Ding Qing rubber skeleton oil seal is suitable for working environments below 100 ° C, while fluorine rubber skeleton oil seal is suitable for working environments below 200 ° C.

b. Mechanical seal: The characteristics of mechanical seal are reliable sealing, long service life, and high cost. The substrate of the mechanical seal is made of stainless steel, and the dynamic and static environmental media are different. They are made of YG8 hard alloy or YG8 graphite respectively, and the operating temperature is below 200 ℃.

c. Packing seal: Packing seal is only used for high-temperature oil pumps, characterized by high temperature resistance and minimal leakage. During use, it is necessary to adjust regularly according to the leakage situation, and the operating temperature should be below 250 ℃.

The type of sealing structure required by the user should be specified when placing an order. All items not specified during ordering shall be supplied according to the structure of the nitrile rubber skeleton oil seal.
