The flow part is made of all stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance to organic acids, organic compounds, alkali, neutral solution and a variety of gases. Conditions of use

 

1. Because the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearing depend on the transported medium, it is prohibited to rotate in the air, and to avoid the space-time load operation caused by the power failure and restart during the work.

2. In the conveying medium, if it contains solid particles, the pump inlet should be filtered: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, it is necessary to add a magnetic filter.

3. The ambient temperature in use should be less than 40 ° C, and the motor temperature rise should not exceed 75 ° C.

4. The medium to be transported and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material. The use temperature of the engineering plastic pump is <60℃, the use temperature of the metal pump is <100℃, and the suction pressure is not more than 0.2mpa, the large working pressure is 1.6mpa, the density is not more than 1600kg/m3, and the particle size is not more than 30 × 10-6m2/s.

5. For the medium where the conveying liquid is easy to precipitate and crystallize, it should be cleaned in time after use to drain the liquid in the pump.

6. After 100 hours of operation, the wear of the bearing and the end moving ring should be removed and replaced with the wearing parts that are not suitable for reuse.

7. The internal and external magnetic coupling uses high-performance permanent magnet materials, which may cause potential harm to the following devices, please keep the following devices away from this series of pumps.
